- Material Inventory: Track stock levels of materials (lumber, wire, fittings, etc.) at each location.
- Smart Search: Search using common trade names. For example, searching "bobcat" finds "skid steer loader" and "skilsaw" finds "circular saw."
- Full History: Every change is logged with who made it and when.
- Team Permissions: Five permission levels from read-only to full admin access.
- Works on Any Phone: Progressive Web App — no app store download needed.
