Blue Trade Track is a multi-tenant inventory management platform designed for tracking equipment and materials across locations. The Service includes features for equipment tracking, material inventory management, location management, user management, and reporting.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into the Service. Blue Trade Track does not claim ownership of your equipment records, material inventories, or other business data. We store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security updates. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Trade Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data prior to account termination.
